Language, currency and units
Translate the words CarrGo prints, and set your currency, number format and km or miles.
CarrGo is one language at a time and ready to translate. All the words you write yourself (pages, vehicles, services, posts) are in your content files. The few words the theme prints on its own, such as button labels and form fields, are in one file.
Translate the theme’s words
Open src/i18n/ui.ts. Each line is a key and its words:
'book.now': 'Book now',
'book.pickup': 'Pickup',
'fleet.seats': '{count} seats',Change the words on the right, and keep anything in {curly brackets}: the theme fills those in. Then set the page language in src/layouts/Base.astro, where <html lang="en"> becomes, for example, <html lang="de">.
Currency, numbers and dates
In src/site.config.ts, fares.currency and fares.locale decide how every price and date is written:

Kilometres or miles
Set fares.unit to km or mi. The estimator’s distance field, the breakdown and the fleet cards’ “per km” all follow it. Your perUnit rate is then per mile.
