How to reach us, what to include, and what support covers.
Your license includes six months of support. Email support@tortoizthemes.com with:
- your order number
- what you expected and what happened instead
- any error message, and the version of Node.js or your other tools
We usually reply within one or two working days.
What support covers
Support covers setting up and using the theme and fixing bugs.
It doesn’t cover custom design or development work, but get in touch if you need that.
