Scripts are in assets/js/ and are loaded in order by _includes/footer-js.html.

Your theme’s own script is assets/js/main.js, which loads last. The others are third-party libraries, including jQuery, Bootstrap, Slick, Isotope, Magnific Popup and WOW.

To add a script, put it in assets/js/ and add a line to _includes/footer-js.html:

<script src="{{ "assets/js/your-script.js" | relative_url }}"></script>

Add it after jQuery if your script depends on it.
