No special technical background is required for most of our premium courses.
Can I change my pricing plan?
Yes, you can!But in case you downgrade, you will miss the advantages of your previous plan.
Can I cancel my monthly or annual plan?
Yes, you can!
Both our annual and monthly plans can be canceled at any time, but they continue to function through their respective prepaid billing periods.
The billing period for our monthly subscriptions is 30 days, but for our annual plans the billing period is a full calendar year.
Can I get a refund?
We regret to let you know that according to the Terms & Conditions does not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
Therefore we strongly encourage you to study the courses previews carefully before subscribing to one of our plans.
What if I did not like a theme I purchased/subscribed for?
While we hope we can achieve and even exceed your expectations, we understand that life happens.
If you are not satisfied with the content, or would like to cancel your plan for any other reasons, feel free to do so by clicking “Cancel Plan” in your profile page.
