We’re in GMT +6 and we aim to answer all questions within 24 hours (Saturday – Thyursday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM). In some cases, the waiting time can be extended to 72 hours.
Support requests sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed on next Saturday or the next business day.

We are constantly adding new articles and improving existing ones as Tortoiz Themes products are regularly updated.
